Chaplains Serving in our Armed Forces...

Requirements and standards to serve in the United States Military as a Chaplain representing the Anglican Church are stringent and competitive. Only the most qualified applicants are considered. Listed are Chaplains currently serving in, or who are in the "pipe-line" to, military service. If you believe you are called to serve as a Military Chaplain and are currently in seminary, you're encouraged to contact the Deanery about a Chaplain Candidacy Program. If you are already an ordained and experienced priest, you're invited to review the minimum service requirements before contacting the Deanery. Special training and education programs are also available to qualified ministers who are not currently priests, but believe they may be called to military ministry.
